When a race is universally better off due to their own heritage and hard work, there is not a race problem.

When a race is universally worse off due to their own heritage and lack of hard work, there is not a race problem.

When an individual commits a crime against a member of another race, it is not a race problem.

When a statistically large number of individuals commit crimes against another race (whether targeted or not), there is a race problem.

When a certain race is given special rights and advantages in a culture and civilisation they did not build, there is a race problem.

When a certain race is punished in the name of equality to even the score, there is a race problem.

When the heritage of one race is exploited by another race, there is a race problem.

When the United Nations define racism as a crime that only applies to one race, there is a race problem.

When police officers of one race are shot or imprisoned for racism while trying to arrest criminals of another race, there is a race problem.

When police officers of one race are shot or imprisoned for racism while trying to arrest criminals of another race, there is not a police problem.

When police officers arrest members of another race for crimes they have committed, there is not a race problem.

When police officers arrest members of another race for crimes they have committed, there is not a police problem.

When police officers are unnecessarily armed with lethal weapons, there is a police problem.

When police officers shoot and attack the vulnerable and innocent, there is a police problem.

When police officers do not know the difference between a service and a force, there is a police problem.

When police officers operate outside the law (whether they get away with it or not), there is a police problem.

When police officers no longer have the confidence of citizens across all races, there is a police problem.

When police officers no longer have the confidence of citizens across all races, there is a race solution.

There is a race problem. There is a police problem. Sometimes they overlap, sometimes they don't. Both of these problems and more are caused by the same trojan horse political doctrine. That doctrine is a forgery, an upside down mockery of the true. It is division in the name of unity. Subjugation through false peace. Unfairness in the name of equality. Conformity in the name of diversity. Tolerance of evil in the name of good will. Intolerance of self defence in the name of preserving peace. It is a system of parasitism that preys upon human nature from every angle. It exploits the weak as a proxy to attack the strong, and by doing so it disables all of mankind.

Identify problems -> provide solutions -> engage in consensus -> act on solution -> resolution.

or

Deny problems -> promote a false narrative -> censor and speak for victims -> act on narrative -> create and intensify problem.
